Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Order posts from 'Term Order in the admin.
Did you set the application for that taxonomy to use that order.
This plugin will offer to sort them when the taxonomy is set to public.
There is bug with the part where it will sort according to the setting for categories..
For sorting the taxonomies name 'size you need to sort them Woo's predicts page...
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
Run sanitize text field on the keyname in the application for customtaxorder settings...
