Чтобы исправить баг , нужно заменить файл cyr-slugs. php в корне плагина на точно такой же файл , который находися в папке tags 1.0.0 или trunk..
Помимо этого нужно в самой шапке этого файла ( там где написано Version 1.0 , 6 строка сверху ) исправить номер версии с 1.0 на 1.2 , чтобы WordPress не пытался сбросить плагин на нерабочую версию..
В остальном же плагин отлично работает...
Ы. , соответственно урл получается комбинированным , на латинице и кирилице...
