The steps to add DICOM file to your post are similar to adding image except you don't have in the editor.
In the editor, click Add Media button, Choose Upload Files tab, Upload.dcm files, After the upload is complete they should be selected in Media Library tab, Click the Insert into post button, This will bring you back to the editor and add the dcm shortcode to the post, Click Preview Changes to see it in action...
