DP ALTerminator works with content images, because I didn't want to alter extra images, like widgets, logos, menu icons and so on ..
Upload dp-alterminator-missing-alt-manager to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Remember to customize it's in the options page...
