This plugin solves that problem by adding visual style to the front-end and back-end so that admins can tell at-a-glance if WP DEBUG=true in the wp-config php file.
No more having to check the file manually...
Upload the folder into your plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through the Plugins WordPress..
To adjust plugin settings, go to Dashboard->Settings->Debug Notifier...
Can I disable the visual style from the front-end or back-end..
Can I use this plugin in production environment..
Only those users with capability will be able to see the visual style.
Note, however, that enabling debugging in environment should be avoided, if possible...
