The Plugin Helps you Deleting All the Comments by selecting the status of comments Site admin...
Upload Downloaded uncompress package to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin using Plugin Tab your WordPress Dashboard..
You will find 'Delete Comments under ' Settings menu to delete comments...
Where can I find the admin page of the plugin..
It's not mandatory task because we remove the comments that you select in the plugin setting page.
But we recommend you to get backup of your site before using Delete Comments By Status plugin, might cause accidental effect on your site by this plugin.
Please check the in the readme txt file in the plugin folder...
When I tryed to delete all the pending comments, this plugin was down...
