DesktopServer for WordPress eases localhost to live deployment by publishing hosting server details from XML-RPC feed and API to executive only.

Although the deployment has some files with some providers yes even great hosting service simple workaround application and in subject anyway the company at ServerPress walked in and did the deployment for me.
