Go into WordPress admin interface and activate the plugin...
I was looking for such plugin for so much time...
This plugin might not mean much to you — after all, you can set the language on Disqus by default — until you need to deal with multilingual websites, using WPML, Polylang, or other, similar plugins.
Then you wish that Disqus is translated into each different language supported by your website — and you will appreciate what this plugin will do for you...
