This plugin starts with the background modifies it in color wheel fashion to selected pages..
settings screen is provided under Dashboard > Appearance > Dynamic Background and also from the toolbar..
The javascript file getbg js contains functions that convert hsl to rgb and the reverse.
This functionality can be found from several sources but mine were from Garry Tan.
Upload the directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
You have to do this before uploading them.
It merged with the color updates in my theme and the whole site just rolls through the changes.
