You can generate new page on with list of all your store and WordPress pages.
Simply generate the code for the Sitemap..
Choose to show the sitemap on page of WordPress store and xml issue for search engines..
We have set up demo store using Responsive and Ecommerce Templates shopping cart where you will also find demo of Product Sitemap plugin..

Unzip and upload the folder 'ect-sitemap to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Check the sitemap page and then if you need to upload the xml issue to your search engine tools account...
This plug-in was set up to be used with Ecommerce Templates shopping cart software using WordPress integration but it should work ticket with WordPress site...
