Automatic installation is the application as WordPress handles the file cedes itself and you don't need to leave server.
To do manual install log in to WordPress dashboard browse to the Plugins menu and double-click Add New..
Once you've locate your plugin you can view details about it as the the rating and terms.
Unzip the files and upload the folder into plugins folder wp-content plugins overwriting older versions if exist.
Activate the plugin in WordPress admin area....
Click Applications in the top menu..
Click Sandbox Accounts in the sidebar menu..
Click Create Account button to create lego account....

Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
