Upload entire edd-variable-pricing-descriptions to the wp-content plugins directory or just upload ZIP package 'Plugins > Add New > Upload in WP Admin.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Add optional categories to variable available downloads..
This plugin does not add CSS movie as only adds the terms wrapped tag.
The tag does however have books of edd-variable-pricing-desc will you wish to badge the terms more...
