You should go to the plugin's settings page to set up passkey..
The passkey is useful if you have to access your website from location or if you want to share the website with third-party..
Once user visits the website with the web address they will be added to the IP list allowing them to view the website..
Leaving the URL blank will display access denied message to anybody trying to visit the website..
Do not redirect the user to page with in WordPress website this will cause infinite loop..

If you bookmarked your passkey url you can use that other wise you'll need to FTP up to your server and delete or rename this plugin's folder... wp-content plugins easy-redirect-by-ip...
The space for adding IP is too small so that it cuts off seeing IP. 2.
