After installing Easy Debug Info just visit Tools > Easy Debug Info from WordPress backend and hit Generate Report..
Upload the whole easy-debug-info folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
You will find ' Easy Debug Info within Tools in WordPress admin panel...
Yes I informed of the fact that WordPress itself requires PHP 5.2.
And yes I am that it's not good practice to create plugin that doesn't stick to this requirements. Easy Debug Info requires PHP 5.3 or not below anyways.
Security PHP 5.2 was released back in November 2006 and was established and updated January 2011.
