Disclaimer This plugin is oriented towards users with plugins in WordPress. org repository and someone else that wants to well display information about plugin that is in the repository.
With the exception of Star Rating option this plugin basically just returns the data from WordPress. org API.

Download the folder from WordPress. org and zip the folder.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
The easiest way is to double-click the new plugin stat number that is added to the gallery of WordPress editor.
If you don't want to bother with the year or what to use the shortcode outside the director you can automatically type out the shortcode.
If you enter plugin's slug the shortcode will display the number of active installs and cache the data for 43200 seconds i.e.
