Upload the 'easy-replace zip file from Plugins->Add New page in the WordPress administration panel..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
Once Easy Replace plug-in is installed and activated, you can Easy Replace on the menu section..
If that doesn't fix the problem, try deleting and reinstalling the plugin.
It did not replace and then went and stuffed up the links to all my images and I had to go through the code and fix them.
