The simplest way to install is to double-click 'Plugins 'Add New and type 'Easy Smooth Scroll in the search field..
Login to page and go to the Plugins stretch of your admin panel..
Under Install Plugins double-click Upload link..
Select the plugin zip issue easy-smooth-scroll. zip from software then double-click Install Now button..
You should have access to the server where WordPress is installed.
Copy the plugin zip file easy-smooth-scroll. zip up to server and unzip it somewhere on the file system..
Copy the. easy-smooth-scroll. folder into the wp-content plugins directory of WordPress installation..
Easy Smooth Scroll. and double-click Activate.....
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS.......
