When you just want to manage the post thumbnail or included subject you don't have that fast edit application.
You have to go to the edit page shift included image save and then go to this post edit page and reiterate the process..
Now with this plugin you can do that directly from your.
When you activate the plugin column called thumbnail is added there.
From there you can add shift or remove included subject of your post...
Go to Plugins > Add new > Upload and upload the zip file. if you are having issues unzip to folder and upload it to the directory of your wp introduction.
Go to Plugins > Add new from roof.
