Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins easycron directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.

You may also upgrade to premium plan which has some first features and automatically get renewed yearly.....
Though the plugin does not seem to work with WordPress 4.7.3 I was well able to configure everything on the EasyCron website.
There was problem spawning call to the WP-Cron system on site.
Using EasyCron and wp-crontrol I was able to figure out that one of the hooks was locking them up and with bit more research also locate there is Apache problem on site.
EasyCron really helped get me of enable and for $7.95 I know the cron will be run for time and if I will know about it.
