Email All Users is plugin that creates widget that allows you to send mass email to all registered users in your wordpress site..
You configure the widget with title and mailto-link-title..
The widget will then create mailto link that will include all users that is active..
Email Users installed it will include users that has approved mass in the settings...
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress..
Email all users to your desired pane...
