Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
After I click play button, there is black frame embedded video not load.
Probably you have no permissions to view this video on Odnoklassniki.ru, so its won't load on your WP too...
Video not found message, but on Odnoklassniki.ru same video plays normally.
The video you try to embed not hosted on Odnoklassniki those videos can't be embed.
