The preferences set for the mediapicker are found to the user spotlight.
Upload enhanced-mediapicker to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate 'Enhanced Mediapicker through 'Plugins in WordPress.
You will see the additional application need in the top of Mediapicker....
Can I shift the default value for the number of system number that are displayed..
For individual users you can add User ID to the filter like.
In this example. we will shift the default value for User with User ID = 3......
