The process to creating post is not writing more of the time you need classify assign tags etc..

Unzip and upload entries-by-terms-count folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Go to Tools > Entries By Terms Count to configure and search number of terms...
