When you are using Events Manager plugin on WordPress page you sometimes need to phone the users.
This feature is not within the version of Events Manager plugin that's the games done by this great addon..
When this plugin is installed and activated you can manage the following application from the menu.
Recipients to include in the list depends on the user's booking status for the event bankruptcy confirmed rejected or cancelled....
You can access the email form from the booking managing page done by Events Manager plugin.
First install and activate Events Manager plugin which is the core plugin for this addon...
For example if you set this number to 20 have to send email to 30 addresses the plugin will send email for the 20 first addresses then wait some seconds then send email for the 10 last addresses...
That's why I intend to develop then new release of this plugin able to work with MailChimp API and automatically create MailChimp campaigns...
I just spent the year determine on and configuring the $hit of Events Manager to discover it didn't have the critical feature to allow event hosts to mass email all members attending events to alert them of cancellations shifts etc.
