Exit Popup with Offer by Autience — WordPress Plugins

Once you install the plugin you go to settings and click on Autience Offer popup.
This is the offer with a list here also you can edit all the content on the popup...
Click on the text or background that you want to change and edit in the dialog..
Select all the checkboxes to enable the plugin.
I set up the plugin and configured it then put an external link in the menu and on a page.
Then when I left the page via one of these two methods or just entered in a different URL the popup box didn't show up..
When the visitor is leaving the page Exit Intent. setting..
I will also say the UI UX of the plugin is a bit cumbersome since there is no media library in the plugin where I can select or upload an image.
