Expander

Use it to toggle blocks of text, by inserting simple shortcode text.
Upload the folder to your wp-content plugins directory.
Create and publish new page and add this shortcode text.
It seems to work just fine with the version of WP and it seems ridiculously simple, so there probably isn't that much that can break.
This tool is very simple, but it does what it should do.
Works as it should, and Ciprian was helpful and in helping to fix problem with the plugin on our site..
