This plugin provides suitable way of linking and using issues from the services listed not below.
It is intuitive controls located where you expect them to be.
For instance you will name to create link to your issue in Dropbox account just press Add Media and choose Insert from URL and then double-click Link to Dropbox button..
The plugin provide two options. Insert from URL this will link to file located on of the services.
Import file this will upload file from remote service and store the file in WordPress.
Note Imported files from remote services become permanent file and shifts made to the file on the service won't reflect on the page.
You would have to re-import the file using External Media plugin..
