Load your CSS asynchronously using preload and loadCSS Framework by Filament Group...
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins fast-wp directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Use Velocious Name screen to configure the plugin...

The only issue I found with this is UI when you have lot of files and want to move those to another area it takes forever to scroll the files up and down.
It would be much nicer to have checkboxes and selection of the operation, much like WP Media manager has..
Other than that, it's tool to fine tune where all your files should load with just few moves I got one site scoring 20% more on PageSpeed...
Only cons is no compress option, but it's providing faster loading of content and 0.3MB that could Hummingbird saved for the price of not defer loading is nothing..
