Use the Faster plugin to submit support tickets or sign up for Faster WordPress support services.
If you are not already Faster customer feel free to install and follow the sign up process located in the tab of this plugin..
Activate the >>faster plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
If the fix is simple enough to convey in chat, email, or through the Faster plugin, it's in our wheelhouse.
If requested over the weekend, we will respond Monday unless we believe it's critical to your site functionality.
If you have WordPress task that will take us longer than hour, we will break it up into smaller chunks and work up to hour day until it's complete.
For large out-of-scope projects like custom themes or plugins, we have list of partner agencies that we can recommend.
As soon as you have signed up you may submit your first ticket and we will get to work...
