I installed the plugin on test site and did my best to figure out how to get it working.
I was able to create groups and assign number of votes in those groups, and all the in the back end interfaces appears to be there..
Many parameters aren't pulling through and thus things like putting the submissions into pending state don't work and just appear live without approval or disabling the option doesn't work..
