Featured Comment Widget gives you the ability to shine spotlight on some of your favorite comments on the site..
Installing this plugin adds Featured Comment Widget to your list of available widgets in 'Widgets submenu.
Every comment has ID, and putting that ID in the widget form results in the that comment, along with the name and Gravatar of its commenter, showing in the sidebar.

Finding ID in Dashboard..
Add the widget through 'Widgets submenu under 'Appearance WordPress.
Add ID of the comment you want featured in the widget and save...
