This plugin provides widget that let you select the comments you want to display as featured or important..
Go to Widgets page and you will find widget named Featued Comments.
This is how the widget looks when activated.
You can choose the number of comments you want to display and select the desired comments from the bottom dropdown menus...
Upload featured-comments-widget folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Visit Widgets page under Appearance menu and active Featured Comments widget.
Customize the widget options and select the comments you want to feature...
