You can decide whether or not the post thumbnail is displayed whether the post champion is not below or below the thumbnail and couple of more them.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
If the system is small than the size the image automatically be tightened to the size.
In other words just choose length for the image that is small than your widget area and it will always have the center size...
