Simple, tells you which pages or posts your image or other attachment is used, I used it to be able to delete images that were not used but I couldn't be sure they were unused without this plugin.
This included images that used the competitors name in the name of the image.
Installed just today and tested it and it seems to work good, letting me know what page the file is being used on, and it lists the pages posts if its on more then 1..
I use theme and I also had the in slider and it never showed knew that, so its not perfect but still tool =-].
It's nice work to add more tags, keywords and descriptions to plugin page..
