Extract the zip file and just drop the in the wp-content plugins directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page..
Only the first is shown right, but all the others just show the first one again..
Mabe it's lack of WP 4.5 compatibility, or some conflict with other themes and plugins, I don't know.
It isn't usable right out of the box for me, so I'll look for something else... no code not even the short one. pradeeprd.
The css can be tweaked to make it sleeker..
