The goal of the plugin is to obtain permanent div that will stay displayed on screen..
At this point you will see Floating Div tabs you just have to create Floating Div receiving the fields..
Once created go back to the list of Floating Div and you will see Shortcode..
All you have to do is put Shortcode wherever you want to get Floating Div...
