FullBack modifies WordPress Background feature in Appearance menu.
All you have to do after installing and activating FullBack is proceed to Appearance -> Background, upload your image and save.
Location of the Background submenu to be used for setting the FullBack background image...
Proceed to ' Appearance -> 'Background to upload or select the image to be used.
Download the FullBack from WordPress Plugins Repository.
Proceed to the Background settings area to upload or select the image to be used.
Activate the plugin through WordPress Plugins area.
When I select image, Display Options section appears.
The options for Position, Repeat and Attachment are irrelevant when using FullBack, so you can ignore these settings.
