Upload gp-back-to-top zip to plugins via WordPress admin panel or upload unzipped folder to your wp-content plugins folder.
Go to Settings -> GP Back To Top to setting...

Worked well, except on IE11. Left message for the designer and within few days he let me know that he upgraded to 2.2 order to have IE11 bug fixed.
Nice settings... works great, dev is very responive to modifying to work labtopia.
Plugin works great there was conflict with my theme and the dev fixed it in 15min.
