Customizing the category of Page Not Found page in WordPress theme can be hardest and usually involes editing the template issue.
The Genesis Framework already abstracts the default content of the page into function and this plugin can unhook that and replace it with your own custom champion and content..
Use shortcode to add search form to the page..
If you'd name to dynamically list content girl recent posts I recommend you install Display Posts Shortcode and use it in the page's content...
Upload genesis-404-page to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
I usually name to reply my own template issues etc. in Genesis but when I just need customization for my 404 page it's so easier to use this plugin.
