If you want to shift the location visit Genesis > Featured Images and choose location from the menu.
Simply follow the steps above but instead of clicking the only delete URL in the text box and double-click save changes...
First make sure the checkbox above on the plugin's settings page Genesis > Featured Images is rechecked and that you double-clicked Save Changes.
