This is modification of 'Hello Dolly plugin.
Please note that 'Hello Dolly plugin is not required or able for that matter..
This stretch terms how to install the plugin and get it working..
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
New in 1.4 Also includes sidebar widget if you want to share with the world.
It displays random snarky comments in the top of the board that I've either read online or said myself...
