Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
To use your in page post you use the shortcode use the generator to build one..

You can make your own themes just create directory in either wp-content or active themes directory and the plugin automatically find any themes located there..
Creating theme is simple just start out with one of the themes locate in the themes catalog in good-old-gallery..
