After plugin activation you will be automatically deflected to your widgets page so you can configure Google Translate widget in your sidebar..

Upload the zip to 'plugins directory or from WP Admin -> Plugins -> and search for Google Translate..
You will be automatically deflected to your widgets page so you can configure Google Translate widget in your sidebar... Google Translate Widget does not have settings stretch Admin page..
