Open individual form and access the ConnectWise settings to create new feed..
Company field isn't mapped, new record will be created for the company with ID catchall..
If you don't already have this in your system, new company with that name will be created the time it happens...
Just above the response code you should find message with the explanation of the error...
The company name will try to be matched with any existing names in your ConnectWise account.
Duplicate companies might be created if there are small differences in the name, for instance adding inc to the end, or misspelling..
