Sticky List is add-on for WordPress plugin Gravity Forms that lets you list and edit entries from the front end.
Go to the settings page of form and click Sticky List settings tab.
To use this in template file, for example on the user profile page echo do shortcode.
If you want to use the list on different pages and restrict viewing of entries to different groups you can include the in the shot code.
