Install this plugin and create contact form in minutes with this easy-to-use plugin..
Greatest Contact Form into bar.
Then click on the widget and popup appears with which you can drag and drop the fields into the widget and then edit the text of the fields inline..
The fields in the version of the plugin are * Email address * Text Box * Text Area * Checkbox * Password.
Go to the widgets page and create Greatest Contact Form widget..
Click on the contact form displayed in the widget to display popup with.
Click on OK and then Save the widget...
Click on OK and then Save the widget...
