Log in to WordPress dashboard browse to Plugins menu and double-click Add New..
However widgets will be 'inactive This means you can retrieve widgets you used with your following topic and add them back to your sidebars.
Just go to Appearance > Widgets in roof and drag the operational widgets to the sidebars...
