There is built in settings page that allows you to choose the type of the bar and text individualize the text that is displayed and the link the bar points to..
I came across Sticky Alerts jQuery script only and wanted to bring it to WordPress as customizable plugin.
So thank you to Tyler for writing jQuery script and allowing people to play with the code...
Example of how the gallery looks with the default colors and text....
Upload the whole plugin folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Go to SETTINGS STICKY BAR and tighten the gallery settings....
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
