This is plugin that automatically adds legal and policy pages to page.
All you need to do is install the plugin and each page is automatically created..
You will need to edit the state mentioned in the content for Terms of Use page that gets created so it's your own state...
Upload the whole plugin folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...
