Use the new listbox in the post page editor..
Add the result on your post page by clicking the button...

Add the result on your post page by clicking the jTab Shortcode.
I recommend installing and demonstrating this plugin from WordPress admin board under Plugins > Add New.
Upload the folder to wp-content plugins.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins in WordPress....
